Jenson Button (McLaren Formula 1 driver) has admitted that he considered leaving the sport after the death of this father, John Button. 70-year-old John passed away from a suspected heart attack exactly a week before his son’s 34th birthday on 19th January 2014.

Button is reported to have told a british newspaper that he considered taking a sabbatical from the sport to deal with his loss. But he is said to be looking forward to the new season.
