The Head of Marketing and Communications at Baku City Circuit, Nigar Arpadarai, says preparations are running on schedule and the newly installed countdown clock is ticking down to the 17-19 June event.

To ensure a good experience by media and spectators, the Hilton Hotel will house the 160 accredited representatives of local media, journalists and photographers, and a public transport plan designed to ensure uninterrupted traffic flows in the central streets of Baku with buses and designated metro stations operating 20 hours each day, will be implemented. Ticket holders can exit at Sahil or Icherisheher metro stations and walk to the track.

Speaking of which, a video of the 20-corner track was recently released and the race will see cars reaching speeds of up to 340km/hr, which would make the circuit one of fastest street circuit on the F1 calendar.
